Gemma was fantastic, if you're looking for amazing, natural looking blonde colouring/highlights Gemma is your woman! She advised to mix in low lights with the highlights and it looks incredible. Two other women were having their hair coloured while I was in and both looked gorgeous. I highly recommend, the team are lovely and very talented.

I only got a dry cut but Clare looked at the pictures I had and adapted the style for my face shape. She also spent time and acting blow dried some volume into my hair to see what the cut could look like once washed and dried.
