Gemma gave me advice and let me know that I would not be able to have balayage done as there was simply too much colour built up in my hair. I wasn't surprised by this but rather than allow me to waste money, Gemma spent time going through my options which resulted in some highlights and an overall toner. I also had a trim. Gemma told me I would have to slowly build up the blonde but I left the salon very pleased with my colour and wouldn't hesitate to return.
