I had a lovely experience! Claire really took the time to listen, clarify, give advice and make sure we were on the same page and I was happy with the procedure. The cut is spot on and she managed to erase the disastrous layers my previous hair stylist did. The colour is darker than I planned, but it looks great and will be even better once it washes out a little. I would definitely recommend!
