I usually have good experiences here, although recently I was waiting over 20 mins to be seen from my appointment time- and then the whole cut felt really rushed and hurried. The cut itself is nice- but when drying my hair it was a bit rough and clumsy.

Gemma was just incredible! Went in for a haircut and blow dry for a big event that evening and she even curled it for me too - such a lovely lady and will definitely be back many times. She knows exactly what she's doing and I am so happy with my hair
