Nena was lovely, very accommodating and helpful. She did try to sell me other products before the treatment even started but as I had mentioned I was going on holiday I didnt mind that she mentioned waxing because she offered me a special price if I book again. I felt very relaxed and the massage was lovely. It wasn't the deepest massage I've ever had but I didn't book for deep tissue, I booked for relaxing. I will be going back, for waxing, eyelash extensions and certainly for a massage

The lady who was supposed to do my nails was busy with another customer. So I was looked after by a trainee - she is learning but unfortunately didn't do a great job, took very long and now the Shellac has started coming off 3 days later.
The lady kindly offered me to come back or give me a refund but unfortunately I don't live in that area and therefore don't have a chance to rearrange.
So I am sure it will be good if you get someone with experience, but my own was really poor - make sure you know that before you book.
