Nena was so lovely. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable which is what you need at a wax. Love the wax she uses. It was a painless experience and I'll definitely go back. The lady who does her threading treatments etc was also really lovely

Nena was amazing and took her time to shape my brows precisely to what i asked for - the result was fantastic plus the wax was quite painless. I found the service and the finish product perfect.
