I normally get manicures with Anna and this time the owner proceeded to take off my shellac and she filed it so harshly I have not been able to use permanent polish on my nails since. two of my nails were painful for weeks and she proceeded to charge me 20 instead of 10 which is the removal amount. Was a loyal customer but thanks to this bad experience I will not be returning.
