The head neck and shoulder massage was great - Veronica found the problem areas straight away and the massage was strong but needed! I’ve taken off a star as my appointment started 30 mins late, and I would have appreciated being told I could go away and come back if they were delayed, or been given a call by the salon. But it was a nice experience and lovely staff.
