I’ve come here a few times today was a bit disappointed there were flies in the room as I was getting my waxing done and it wasn’t that clean!

Generally i have an outstanding experience when I get my waxing done at neelams.. however this time it was horrendous.. the wax roller popped on my inner thigh causing me to be left with a huge scar now... the therapist was extremely apologetic and sincerely sorry for what had happened. I can only think it was a careless mistake.. however I still don’t feel that compensates for the scare that’s left on my leg now. 😢
