Worst Hollywood Wax ever, Therapist definitely doesn’t know how to do waxing. Been getting a Hollywood wax for 4 years and never had this kind of experience ever, she made me bleed, did not know direction of hair growth, where to hold, how to pull, she was pulling bit by bit causing so much pain.

Thank you to Pearl for her calming personality, she was absolutely lovely and really knew what she was doing. The waxing was pretty much painless and the salon was one of the cleanest I've seen. Very impressed! Safe to say that i will be returning :)
