I told her the how much to cute but she cut it way to short, not listening to the client properly and they tell you one price but when they finish they put the price up because you hair is too thick. I was not happy to pay £35 for that hair cut.

Neelams is my ‘happy place’, time for myself in the presence of the great customer service. I have been going to Neelams for over 20 years and can say she is the best. Her staff are well trained and always make customers feel so welcomed. Evelina is the best hairdresser!

This is the 2 time I went to neelam hair and beauty Suzanne was my therapist and she done my facial she was so kind,professionally,polite and it was very clean.Out of all the facial that I done that was the very best and if you need to do facial eg:cutting your hair,ladies 'waxing - Hollywood, Brazilian blow hair dry go to neelam hair and beauty the best ❤❤❤👌👌👌🥰🥰🥰
