The waxing experience was ok. This salon is my regular however this time both therapist missed patches of my waxing out. I only realised once I was home.
I will only be sticking to my regular therapist from now on.

I have been coming to this salon for a very long time - definitely more than 10 years. And in that time, although it is obvious that the customer base has grown, it has never compromised in its great level of service. I foresee going there for another 15 years!

Had a fab facial with Zahira. She was very informative about my skin, recommended me some skin care tips, and also explained the process of extracting my spots and blemishes. She was very gentle and caring, professional and I look forward to booking my next facial. This is my 15th facial here, I book a facial every month at Neelma. I’ve never been disappointed ☺️

Had a haircut and left with a smile! Marketa was very kind and did my hair amazingly, she asked me what I wanted and communicated with me throughout, she asked how I’d like my side fringe and was able to discuss what kind of haircut I’d like her to achieve. Very friendly, professional and experienced. I’ve had two haircuts from her, and she is consistent and passionate.
