Didn’t have the best of experiences like I normally do at Neelams. The beautician seemed more interested in asking me very personal questions than my waxing preferences and when I wasn’t forthcoming to her inappropriate questions, she ended up leaving hair on my face with a vague excuse of not being able to wax the area more than a couple of times. Not sure if id go back again.
