I had booked With Neelam’s purely because I couldn’t get a booking with my regular therapist in my local area. I booked for eyebrow threading and specifically booked for classic facial with Zahira. She was absolutely fantastic and is excellent at what she does. She listened to my skin history and recommended Dermalogica facial instead which was great! I would highly recommend to book with Zahira especially if it’s your first time there. The lady who did my eyebrows was also very thorough.

Zalata was such an amazing hairdresser. It was my first time and she made me feel at ease. Throughly told me the protocol and even did a trim for my ends. I recommend booking with her as she is professional and very warm.
