REAAALLLYY disappointed in how my hair turned out.. the stylist did a brilliant job - she just didn’t do the colour I wanted! Tried to convince me that the colour I want will show as I wash my hair but I feel like it’s just going to turn ginger 😭😭 So so Gutted that I wasted money and time for a colour I didn’t get. Have a holiday next week and now my hair is going to be nothing like how I wanted it.

The place is nice and clean, the atmosphere is ok it would be better if they had some music on. I had a very nice hair wash with a 5 stars massage to my hair roots. However, the bad part was my curly blow-dry, it was very disappointing not what I expected with a odd technique which was painful and it damaged my hair.
