I went for the Keratin Brazilian Blow dry on Saturday and was told after the treatment that I can wash my hair after 48 hours. I’ve waited longer than that, as I washed my hair on Wednesday night and my hair went back to its original state. The treatment didn’t work for me. Maybe it’s because of my hair type and they don’t cater for it. They should’ve been honest and made that clear that they don’t have treatment for my hair type. Just disappointed that I’ve spend £165. Not all inclusive.

Jag is amazing at waxing. She was lovely and very professional. I was very comfortable and she took her time as I find waxing painful in general. Will deffo come back.
