I went to Neelam's to have my fringe trimmed and amended to look better in my usual centre parting style, Leena was very attentive to what i was saying and how i want it. She was very reassuring and did fix my uneven side of my hair parting. The whole customer service was very comfortable, was all over and done in 20mins. I've been going there for 19yrs! The staff are all lovely and friendly. Will be going there again after couple of months to have the back of long mane trimmed too.

Minali was lovely she took her time nd washed my hair really nicely nd cut my hair slowly so I can see how I would like it nd what I would prefer next time.
