Leena was attentive and listened while I explained the style I wanted. I showed her a photograph of the look. She cut my hair exactly as I wanted, she is very skilled. She also gave me tips on how to blow dry my hair, salon style. Leena was very welcoming, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to anyone.

Suzanna was really great with explaining the process of the treatment, aftercare and what not to do after treatment. She answered any questions I had and set out a comfortable environment. customer service was outstanding :)

Been four times now for threading- kind, pleasant and efficient. Think I need to try another treatment next time as I’m sure it’s going to be good.

My waxing therapist Jagita (think that’s her name) was sooo good and fast. She was so sweet and gentle and kept asking if I was ok. Love a conversation too so she was nice and chatty :) Just a suggestion, receptionist needs to improve with their tone of voice when talking to customers, be more welcoming even over the phone, that’s all. Overall great work.
