Can I just make it clear I did full body wax and not Hollywood wax. Overall it was great, Ashvini was great! Very quick and fast and super efficient. I loved chatting to her, she also gives very good life advice too. Love a good chat instead of silence. I hope she stays here, a lot of workers at Neelams disappear after a while. Hope to come soon and have Ashvini again.

Experience was okay. I went early so I could get threading before my hair appt, but never got seen even though the receptionist was taking walk-ins and they were finished before my hair appt even started. I had a trim, hairstylist was okay.
