I didn’t feel as comfortable as I expected at the salon which is quite upsetting. There has been numerous occasions when I have visited the salon where I have overheard the staff talk poorly about some of their clients and their attitude towards clients is rude and it’s not appreciative, especially the facialist does this a lot. They speak so rudely when you tell them what they quote over the phone compared to in person!! So disappointing
