I am so happy with my haircut! Sheetal did everything I asked for. The wash and blow dry was amazing too. I love how my hair looked after it had been styled. Sheetal done such a brilliant job and explained everything she was doing to make sure I was happy. I will be coming back for regular haircuts with her again for sure.

As I was leaving, two members of staff shouted across the salon that I needed to pay. I explained I paid online.I found this embarrassing and unprofessional, especially as it was done publicly rather then discreetly. This left a negative impression.
