I am 5 months pregnant and been getting my waxing done at neelams. The staff are friendly and professional. They put your comfort first and if you tell them your preference they try their best to accommodate. I’ve been in 2 rooms. And both are clean and tidy. I’ve been to hairdressers where staff make unnecessary comments that make you feel uncomfortable. But neelams staff do not do that at all. They try to get the job done to the best standard and in efficient manner.

The ladies were pleasant and polite but did interact enough with me or explain what was happening. Not all of the hair was removed properly leaving patches and there is wax left on skin.
