I had a lovely experience at Neelam's, it's been my go-to salon over the last 10 years and they've always great, super polite and always attending to the needs of the customers. 10/10!

I recently had my roots done and Marketa was great - she showed me the colour palette and explained how she was going to match my existing colour. I will come back
