she was so harsh, the wax was fucking hot!!! left me with so many bumps! she doesn’t even know what she’s doing.. I followed axing courses n she’s not doing it properly! you can’t reuse the same stick after every application you throw it away that’s called hygiene for one!!! secondly when you pull it off so harshly as she did she is meant to put her hand over the part she took off to prevent pain WHICH SHE DIDNT DO AT ALL N LEFT ME WITH PAIN!!! get your workers proper lessons! I want a refund.

Absolutely loved the hair cut and blow dry! Manali always outdoes herself! This is my fourth time with her and I have no complaints! Professional and amazing at what she does. Will be coming again for an oil treatment next week.
