The lady who did my underarm and intimate hot wax did it so roughly and fast that it damaged my skin. I developed an underarm abscess which developed over 2 weeks straight after the wax and was so so so painful and had to go to A&E and get the pus drained and start antibiotics. I developed folliculitis in my intimate area as well. I'm so disappointed as the first time I was here, the lady was really gentle and it went really well. Don't think I'll come back after this abscess.
