I visited Neelam's with my daughter for a Ceteum facial and absolutely loved the experience. My beauty therapist, Suzanna, was incredibly kind and gentle, making me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The entire treatment was deeply relaxing, and Suzanna provided thoughtful advice and guidance tailored to my skin’s needs. It was my first facial at Neelam's, and I’m genuinely impressed by the professionalism and effectiveness of the service. I’ll definitely be returning

Spontaneously booked a Ceteum facial for my mum & me and I’m so glad I did. Suzanna was amazing—knowledgeable, gentle, professional and made the whole experience so relaxing. She treated us one after the other with such care, and you can tell she really knows her stuff. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. The space was tidy, clean and well kept. Great ambiance with the candles & music. I’ll definitely be booking again in 4 weeks time

The hair and beauty salon is very welcoming. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and they fitted me in even though I didn’t ask. Overall, it was very welcoming, and I would recommend it for holiday waxing. Its my new go-to salon in the area
