I come monthly for my wax which most of the time is a great experience. However, today’s wax wasn’t the usual standard, i was left with patches of hair left all over my arms and legs and also my skin ripped on both arms. It’s sad that I usually have a pleasant experience at Neelams but today wasn’t one of them.

I am a regular customer of Neelams Hair and Beauty. I also do facials, and Suzanna is a fantastic service provider. I and my daughter generally do our haircuts and any other treatment from Leena, but for my last haircut, Leena was not available, and I needed to cut my hair urgently, so I booked with Sana. She is a new hairstylist but was really good. Everyone has been praising my new haircut. Thanks to Sana.
