I got a wash, cut & blowdry by Marketa and left super happy and content with my hair! Ladies at reception were welcoming, kind and were. Marketa was super professional, attentive and she knows what she’s doing. Lovely & personal ape, highly recommend

I had my facial appointment and It was done by suzana, she is fully experienced, she was very patient with me, she took her time and did a very well facial for me and it was great experience ..😍

I come monthly for my wax which most of the time is a great experience. However, today’s wax wasn’t the usual standard, i was left with patches of hair left all over my arms and legs and also my skin ripped on both arms. It’s sad that I usually have a pleasant experience at Neelams but today wasn’t one of them.
