I arrived 2 mins late due to a car accident outside the shop causing traffic and was told I was lucky to receive treatment due to keeping other clients waiting. In reality, 2 of us had been booked in at the same time as the salon had 2 people in the same room receiving treatments separated by a roll down blind.
I found Natalia to be abrupt and rude, particularly after I told her I couldn't afford the treatment she was trying to sell me. Wouldn't go back because of how uncomfortable I felt.
