I booked through TreatWell and had a terrible experience. I was meant to do henna brows, but someone had an allergic reaction recently, so I needed a patch test. I did a different treatment instead, costing £20 less. The salon refused to refund me the difference and said I have to go through TreatWell. The salon hasn’t been responding to TreatWell’s phone calls. Poor service and an unhelpful manager. Don’t bother unless you want very poor service.
