Disapponting experience on my birthday. I booked a root touch-up and blow-dry but was told about a patch test only on arrival. Staff were unhelpful and there was confusion about the blow-dry being included, which made the visit stressful. Her colleague fixed it, but overall it spoiled my day. I won’t be returning.

The lady who did my nails seemed inexperienced, anxious and lacking in confidence. However, she did try to make up for a couple of things that she did poorly.
