Staff were fab and put me at ease despite how nervous I was. I didn’t know what to expect going in but I was amazed by all aspects of service and the finish is Fantastic

For this kind of treatment you need a beauty therapist that will make you feel comfortable and that’s exactly the experience I had. Navara beauty is good value for money and great for those must-have treatments, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a luxury or relaxing atmosphere. I was pleased with my experience though and will probably return here for a wax.

the staff were friendly and the salon was spacious and clean. The gel pedicure was only 40 minutes and it was advertised at an hour. It would have been nicer to have longer spent on the pedicure itself. To be fair she offered to massage my legs after but it didn't make sense to after I had my nails done. If it was an hour as specified it would be 9 out of 10

The lady was lovely and it was a very chilled out experience. However it was the most expensive and painful Hollywood I’ve ever had and she missed a few hairs which was a little disappointing. Overall good though!
