Unfortunatley a really bad experience here. the lady that did my waxing was very nice, However has left a large amount of wax on hair that I did not want removed. My only option is to wax the remaining hair as when removing this has left a huge gap.
I believe this was due to being clearly rushed by the second therapist, and being over booked at the time of my appointment.
My massage was one of the worst, it was not 50 minutes long, the front of my body wasn't touched at all. The room was very cold and I was left very exposed. the pressure was fine but not a Swedish massage, I feel my shoulders were barely massaged. I find booking a massage as a real treat and this was not.

Customer service left a lot to be desired. The massage itself was ok. However the room itself has super thin walls which means I could hear the therapists mobile going off in the room next door and every bit of conversation of the lady having a wax next door. Not exactly relaxing! Also at the end of the massage they used a wet towel to wipe off the oils they used which I thought was a bit odd as normally you’re left for them to absorb and sink in. I wouldn’t go back

Unhappy with paraffin pedicure did not receive a massage and the therapist smudged my polish left it then a second therapist who was running the salon that day check and confirmed all ok. I didn't see until I left as it was such a light colour. Also no back neck shoulder massage with my facial was done. I would not recommend or be returning unfortunately.
