Awful! Avoid!
I booked online and turned up to be greeted by a smelly salon and a rude receptionist. When I said I had an appointment I was told that the lady had called in sick. I asked why they didn't call ahead to let me know and the lady shrugged and went back to her phone. I enquired if they had anyone else and got no response so left. From what I saw the place was dirty and I'm quite glad it was cancelled to be honest. I got a call 3hours after my appointment was due from a lady informing me my appointment had been cancelled...a bit too late.

I went in at my appointment time and they didn’t have me in the book. They then said I could come back at 2 but I was unable to get there at that time and they agreed to squeeze me in at 12.30 which I was very happy with. When I got there at 12.30 they hadn’t turned the heater on for the hot stones so there was a bit of a wait. I only got a back,neck and shoulder massage even though I thought I had paid £45 for an hour full body massage. There was so much noise outside the room I couldn’t relax and I felt the massage was a bit rushed as they were squeezing me in. They really didn’t seem busy. I understand that different people have different skill sets but they were all sat around when I walked in. It didn’t seem professional
