The facial itself was good and the therapist was friendly and professional. My disappointment was with the booking. I booked a 45-minute Hydrafacial via Treatwell, but was told on arrival it would only be 30 minutes. The listing also mentioned LED therapy and lymphatic drainage, but these weren’t included. The therapist explained she doesn’t manage the Treatwell listing, so I don’t think this was her fault, but the description should match the treatment provided.

Lovely place with quality treatment but had another staff member knock on my treatment room door half way through my leg wax to collect her phone. Thankfully I wasn’t haven’t any other treatments.
