Disappointed with my 2nd facial, paid £185 for a hydrafacial with senior therapist. The price had gone up but I enjoyed my first treatment with therapist so I was happy to pay. The 2nd time around, the therapists hands smelt bad, I was uncomfortable, she was too aggressive and didn’t do the same protocol as first facial. The facial was painful, I was left with bruises on my face, red marks and I had a reaction the next day with irritation break outs all over my cheek that lasted over a week…
