Went for one combo Acupuncture, acupressure/massage, cupping session, gave good advice on my back problem. And felt the difference in my energy. The massage was excellent - and eased my pain.
Brand new and clean! Relaxing environment! Excellent customer service, professional advice! Would return again!
I feel conned.
I booked a 30 minute slot for acupuncture @£36 . The "doctor" said I needed an hour. So I said okay. at the end of a very painful session I was told that I do not need to pay a further £36 but I owe them an additional £85. apparently the treatment I had was different to what I booked but they did not make me aware of this. I was told this AFTER I had the treatment. In the end I agreed to £40 because I was in a hurry to escape and avoid a parking ticket. My total treatment came to £76 plus parking so in all I spent £80 on a service I'm not happy with.
I've had cupping before and acupuncture and whilst it can be slightly uncomfortable, I've never felt so much pain and now I have big raised circular marks on my back and I'm going on holiday tomorrow. normally they go within an hour. 5 hours later they are red raw and sore.
I know reviews are important for businesses and I would not want to be unfair but I really feel conned. I would not recommend.
