This salon is a hidden gem. Upon entering the salon for the first time was greeted and immediately had my hair cut exactly the way I wanted.
Lovely little salon, very friendly staff, great colour and cut. Would use again next time. Exactly what I wanted colour wise, always concerned when getting highlights that it will damage my hair. But stylist was brilliant, listened to what I wanted, very natural highlights. And great value for money!
Arrived at the salon, the staff we're really friendly, the atmosphere inside was nice. I had my gel polish done fairly quickly, there was no cuticle work done on my nails but i didn't pay for a manicure, a bit of tidying would have been nice though. Anyway good value for money at £15, would go again.
The girls were so friendly and were very attentive. Was very pleased with my nails and Steph also have me advice on after care which I found very helpful. Really lovely soon iv booked in again and also having my spray tan done too :)

I'm always impressed by the attention to detail and effort that Hayley puts into styling my hair. The salon creates a welcoming relaxed atmosphere to a wide range of clients, conveniently offering hair, nail and beauty treatments. Whether you require something for a special occasion, latest trends or a classic style, patient attention to detail is top of their list. My daughter who usually visits a city centre London salon, was thrilled with her cut and blow dry that she received. In all the years that I've been a client at Ugly Betty's my appointments have always been punctual, unlike many salons I've visited, even in the run up to Christmas, that takes organisation!
