Nicola has done my waxing for many years, she has lots of experience and always makes you feel welcome. All the staff are very friendly and having had my hair and nails done here too, I know they always provide a great service. I would highly recommend having your hair/beauty treatments done here.
All the staff at Ugly Betty's are very friendly and very helpful. There is really nice relaxed atmosphere at the Salon which isn't so flash that you feel intimidated. The staff take time to explain everything properly to you and ensure that you are happy with your treatments. Nicky, who I see, is a delight to see, so enthusiastic about her work and makes you feel that your beauty needs are really important to her. I love the eyelash extensions that Nicky does for me!
First time visiting this salon today, booked in for a leg wax through Wahanda. The lady on reception was very friendly and I didn't really have to wait at all before being shown through to the waxing room, Nicola did my wax and it was great, much less painful than other salons and she put a lot of care and effort in. Will definitely be returning for my next wax!

The girls were so fabulous really welcoming. This made my visit extra special. I would recommend this salon for the warm greeting
I was disappointed that I had to wait so long to be treated 22 minutes. However I wasnt peanalised with the the time given for the treatment. I was impressed by the welcome at the salon it had a warm feel about it.
