Wow! Nian did such an AMAZING job on my nails! I could not be happier 🤩 She gave me exactly what I wanted and yet still blew me away! Very nice people and an all around wonderful experience! 10 out of 10 ⭐️ s and would definitely recommend!!

Poor manicure.
Not had a problem at nails and the city before but I found Alexandra rough with the manicure. My nails are irregularly shaped because of her!I bled on three nails from my nail bed which shouldn't happen and I can see there is a possible risk of an infection.

The manager decided for an interviewee to do my waxing treatment. What a mess she made of that. Drips of wax dropped on my clothes. Eventually the manager took over who did a rush job and ended up leaving patches of unwaxed skin. Instead of a 45 min appointment I ended up leaving after 1 hour and 30 minutes. I am heavily pregnant. This whole experience was a mess. I definitely will not be booking again.
This was my second appointment, I only booked because of an amazing first experience with Nicole who unfortunately no longer works here.
