The manager decided for an interviewee to do my waxing treatment. What a mess she made of that. Drips of wax dropped on my clothes. Eventually the manager took over who did a rush job and ended up leaving patches of unwaxed skin. Instead of a 45 min appointment I ended up leaving after 1 hour and 30 minutes. I am heavily pregnant. This whole experience was a mess. I definitely will not be booking again.
This was my second appointment, I only booked because of an amazing first experience with Nicole who unfortunately no longer works here.

I love coming to Nails and the City! Nian is honestly the best nail technician I have ever come across. My nails are always perfect, they stay that way until my next treatment because she always does such a thorough job!
Aside from that, she gives great advice about colour and is just generally lovely to chat to. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Unfortunately, the therapist cut my cuticle really badly. It has been inflamed and sore for the past two days. In addition the above, my nails were rushed and this resulted in thick layers and blond of gel polish. I clearly told the therapist I was not to use thin layers. However, my directions weren’t followed.

Deedar was amazing !! She was so talkative and friendly, and asked if I was happy with my nail length and shape multiple times which made me feel very reassured :) Will definitely be returning, I am so in love with my nails and the service received.
