I have been a loyal customer for about 4 years now, and I have no complaints. Of course they have rules here regarding appointments that might seem foreign to those who are used to regular nail salons. But this place is not just your average nail salon. You pay for QUALITY here. A gel mani here can last me for a month, a gel pedi can last me more than 2 months! Don't expect to pay £15 for a gel mani here, these nail techs have done celebrity nails, so they are providing top notch nail game.

I go to Nails and the City regularly for full set acrylics and fill in. I won't use any other nail salon. I have lived in Birmingham for over 10 years and have tried almost every other nail salon in town. Nails and the City is the only one that I have found that I like. The tech's are friendly, professional, quick, and do an awesome job. I just went in today and got a fill and paint and I love it, Thanks Nails and the City! You guys are great!
