Nian was so amazing! Patient, gentle, sweet and paid great attention to detail <3. After years of unhappy experiences at Birmingham nail salons Nails and the City gave me what I have been looking for. The process was also very sanitary and organized.

I have been coming to Nails and the City for about a year, and I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found this salon! I always book with Nian, and her attention to detail and professional yet warm service is always such a welcome treat! I was never a nail art or gel person before coming here, but the products they are using have my nails healthier than ever. Even if this time I did a plain colour, I must say that the nail art is so detailed and beautiful, you will not be disappointed.

Great experience especially after I had a bad experience elsewhere and they had to fix it! Everyone was kind and communicative, and I loved how gentle and calming Nian was, and how open she was to exactly what I wanted (she triple checked that this was exactly what I wanted at every step)!

Honestly Nian is the absolute best , she was very attentive and paid attention to detail. She took her time to ensure my nails looked natural and clean. She ensures everyone leaves happy and I honestly appreciate that! The salon is clean , cute and cozy. Just love it!

I love this place. The ambiance, aesthetic, cleanliness, and the positive attitude from these professionals cannot go unnoticed. I legit had a nail emergency where 4 nails were broken from a new manicure from another nail salon and Nian was happy to repair my nails with open arms. She removed my acrylics and did a new gel manicure for me. As of today, Nails and the City is my new go-to spot for all my nail needs. I would definitely recommend Nian. The attention to detail is unmatched.
