I loved my experience at Nails and the City! It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and the music playlist is AMAZING. I showed Nian a picture of the nails I wanted and she made my nails look BETTER than the picture!! We found the perfect colour and she did a great manicure! This was my first time getting my nails done here and it was worth every penny.

Nian was so amazing! Patient, gentle, sweet and paid great attention to detail <3. After years of unhappy experiences at Birmingham nail salons Nails and the City gave me what I have been looking for. The process was also very sanitary and organized.

I have been coming to Nails and the City for about a year, and I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found this salon! I always book with Nian, and her attention to detail and professional yet warm service is always such a welcome treat! I was never a nail art or gel person before coming here, but the products they are using have my nails healthier than ever. Even if this time I did a plain colour, I must say that the nail art is so detailed and beautiful, you will not be disappointed.
