Very nice experience. I would like to see the palettes not from a distance due to eye sight problems. The artists do not quite get it when I ask for it and it makes me uncomfortable.

I went here for a manicure which I loved but the pedicure wasn’t as good. The lady doing it did it quite hard which led to my toe bleeding and hurting. She saw it was bleeding but did not acknowledge it. Please try do it less intense and pay attention to the comfort of the client. The actual shellac on my toes was quite messy and there was polish on my skin. Such a shame as I had a nice experience with my Biab but not pedicure.
