Joanna is fantastic at nails. I've been going ever since she started working here. She is so friendly and it's so easy to chat to her. She's always willing to do whatever I want even if it's something new and every time she does it's always fab.
She is extremely professional and even though she's always busy, she manages to fit me in. The range of colors and goodies that she has is brill. I can never decide and more often than not I ask her to choose for me.
I've recommended loads of friends to her and they all love her.
I always get compliments on my nails as not only do they look fab but they last for a good 2-3 weeks depending on what I'm like at work (hands on or not).
Couldn't recommend anyone more than Joanna. Her prices are great and she always makes me laugh!!

Went to Beauty in the Basement at Neon for the first time the other day. The nail tech Joanna who did my nails was very friendly and professional! It's the best set of nails I've had, great colour choice and have lasted ages! Will be back!
The salon is nice. But the technician, Joanna, is the best nail teschnician I have ever have. My nails last for weeks and weeks and the quality is amazing! Thanks Joanna!
Always recieve a fantastic service when I go to get my nails done by Joanna at Neon.
After every visit I am absolutely delighted with my gel or acrylic nails. They look amazing and I always get lots of compliments. Not only that but they last well too, and still look great weeks later.
I wouldn't go anywhere else!
