Cancelled my appointment on the day, a few hours before I was meant to have it. First time I have booked as was looking for a nail technician. After contacting me, tried to arrange an alternative appointment and received no text back. Very disappointing and poor customer service for potential new customers!

Hayley contacted me to say that she had double booked so couldn’t fit me in on the day I had booked so unable to comment on service received.

She did not contact me, she avoided me, she would not answer her phone, I left 16 messages during the appointment window. This was my 1st time using this service and it was a really upsetting experience if the survey allowed it would be NO STARS
