Sophie is great. However, the way the salon is managed is poor. I have provided my star rating based on my last visit. Tonight I had an appointment booked but turned up and told I’d have to wait or to come back tomorrow. I ended up leaving because the wait was taking too long. The individual who appears to be the manger has a thoroughly miserable disposition and lacks any form of customer service. It’s not the first time I’ve wasted my evening rushing to a pointless appointment at this salon.

Even though I had an appointment I was kept waiting, I saw 3 different technicians. I had a cut on my toe due to over filling of the hard skin.

I paid 28 on Treatwell then a further £5 for removal. So the 28 was for a gel manicure but bar a fast chop of my cuticles I don’t think there was any manicure. The staff seemed lovely but the lady that did my nails perhaps uninterested
