I booked for regular polish on hands without knowing the removal is not included. The lady who seems to be the boss told me a couple of times and in an angry way “you need to pay for removal” (like if I was scamming her or something, I was still waiting for my turn) The girl who did my nails later explained me the situation in a more professional way and it was all solved.
Not coming back! My nails are painful,cut too short, polish very bad put, and they don’t know what customer service is.
