I was very disappointed by being charged £12 extra just because I had booked and paid online. I have also always paid £25 for the shellac on hand treatment (which always includes removal of the previous shellac treatment) but suddenly today I was told the £25 I paid online was excluding the removal which I found very surprising

the service was calm, relaxed and friendly . The staff were amazing throughout the time, asking if I wanted drink and was friendly chatting. they did amazing job on my mum who normally is picky. definitely love the design and will come again.
