The acrylic paste was left under my nail and not filed down at the tip. I waited ages for my appointment even though I came on time. Go to beauty on the hill, it’s cheaper and more professional

I arrived at the time of my appointment and was told to sit down and wait. I waited for 25 past my appointment time before It was my turn. My nails were not filed inside and have the acrylic paste hardened under my nail. The process was very rushed. My pedicure wasnt a full pedicure, I got the collagen luxe package which said you’d get a complimentary prosecco - I didn’t get it at all. My feet were not filed properly that I ended up going to Beauty on the hill to get them to finish the job.

I was very disappointed by being charged £12 extra just because I had booked and paid online. I have also always paid £25 for the shellac on hand treatment (which always includes removal of the previous shellac treatment) but suddenly today I was told the £25 I paid online was excluding the removal which I found very surprising
