Staff is lovely but clearly dont know how to do nails. There was no prep of the nail or cuticles, the whole process which usually takes and hour was done in under 30min. Very rushed, seemed like they tried to use as little product as possible. I have had this service done before in other salons and it was never this bad. Nails started to chip the following day. If they put a bit more effort the service provided could be great but it was half assed this time which is truly sad.
